Who We Are 
Carla DeMarchi PrydeAs Sam DeMarchi’s elder daughter, Carla joined the firm in 1981 and was fortunate to spend many years working side by side with her father. Carla gained a deep understanding of the full range of consumer housing requirements including land assembly, property development, new house construction, commercial, and multi residential units. The experience she gained working alongside her father in this innovative approach continues to assist the company and enabled her to be appointed President in 2000. In her current capacity, Carla executes the business plans, manages the office staff, oversees the DeMarchi Homes Décor Centre. 
Elvia DeMarchi MercuriElvia joined her sister Carla in 1991 from a successful career as an accountant. Elvia oversees the financial operations of the company, including banking, legal and real estate relations. A certified management accountant (CMA), Elvia is involved in land acquisition and survey development. She also enjoys input in home design. 
Frank MercuriSite Manager, DeMarchi Homes Frank Mercuri, has been in homebuilding for 20 years. After being introduced to the construction industry by Sam DeMarchi, Frank learned the construction trade from the ground up. He has done every job from the foundation to the finished roof. It is this understanding of the skill that every subtrade brings to a DeMarchi Home that allows Frank to assure DeMarchi Home buyers that he personally oversees the completion of their dream home.
